penguin plug? for 1.15.1

will BWP ever make a new penguin plug or will someone else take it over because i heard they stopped making it and i have been gone from SC for a year

ive searched and the only thing i found so far by BWP was some beta penguin plug and an in game whisper thing that lets you add more than 25 people to your friends
