[News] Shop robbed of remaining Teddy Bears!

It is in fact true that the forum shop has been broken into a few hours ago and stripped of the remaining supplies of Teddy Bears! The investigation team is already on the case and hope to prosecute the felons within a couple of days.

Teddy Bears were always a preferred item when it came to giving someone a present or just for your own pleasure because they were soft, furry and nice to cuddle. Now they are impossible to get save for a misterious businessman who recently became known for his supplies of the rare toys...

This person does not have a criminal history and seems his only motive is to bring happiness that's been stolen from innocent children. The bears found in his possession appear to be the same ones that were stolen from the forum shop yet the connection between this person's appearance and the robbery is unclear. Investigation follows the lead of the evidence found at the crime scene.

Since it is impossible to restock this special toy, the only way to obtain a Bear now is to buy them through the Trade Centre from the only man that has them, kuvasz.

It was in fact robbed by strange creatures that - by the description of the two witnesses of which one was drunk - looked like Zealots. A sketch is in my sig so if anyone happens to see them, do notify local authorities.

The first 'batch' of teddies are sold out, the cheapest price you can buy one is now 450. If you want to own a Teddy then I suggest you buy one as soon as you can, as prices go up in steps of 100 minerals all the way to 750.

Whoa. I know I'm no businessman but I find that a bit extreme. I would find those prices reasonable if bonuses stacked.

For the time being, I'll remove one bear from every tier and keep prices. I'll decide what to do with the bears not on sale later.

By the time I'd sell bears approaching 1k the money wouldn't be worth it. I do think there's inflation even if it's unintentional.

Click shop and then 'buy stuff' on the left. You can also buy things at the Trade Centre, which usually contains used items sold at a lower price than in the shop and rare items that are no longer sold in the shop.

Shopping and collecting things is fun and the stuff you own gives others an idea about your personality and thrift.
Our admin gives out bonuses from time to time so you can even earn minerals by buying items.

BnechbReaker's idea on the prices just might work, not now though. Right now, no one needs the bears but after some time when several new members arrive, that's the time to sell them. ;D

woot luckily for me i managed to buy my bear and tomatoes before they were sold out...

It appears that the mysterious man started to butcher the remaining teddies, stripping them from their furs and selling them to the fashion industry. The furs that is. The bears get tossed out onto the streets, poor things. Sure you have room for one more? End their agony by picking one up at the Trade Centre!

And on the 11th day of December, even the very last teddy found a warm home with loving people living in it. All the teddies kept in touch with each other via letters and e-mails telling about their new families and friends. They declared December 11. their birthday when they all meet for their annual familiy reunion. Every one of them has a picture of their saviour above their beds who now, with a job well done, may finally have his well-deserved rest.
