I never believed that it's scrapped but this is no proof at all, look at the link: misc/e3/2004/ghost. In other words: OLD!

I knew it will come back. Maybe this is old, but I think it will eventually be some news about it.

But I realized that those are very old pictures and they do not indicate that StarCraft: Ghost is coming back.
