What happens to the pets? To rott? I don't think so!

Ok this topic is about the pets of members. The pets who are owned by banned members.

What happens to the Pets of Permanently banned members? I think they should be put back up to shop and the minnerals taken away from them and distributed between people evenly. What do you think? To let the pets rott in nothing ness or let them be bought by new master? I am for reselling them.

This has been brought up alot, and what most people seem to agree on is that these members should be stripped of their pets and other items and that they should be auctioned off to the public. The highest bid wins, personally I think thats a good idea but when you think about how much trouble the admin would have to go through to do this, it's not surprising it hasn't been dont yet.

Reselling of pets - yes.
Distributing their minerals evenly - no. They should be used to fund prizes for competitions.

Its getting so stupid with pets now, they are all getting bought out by members willing to start their own monopolies and earn great profits from abusing the rest this way. But ok, their items back to store is a good idea.

we should have a clear out every 3 months, the minerals becomes part of prize funds for competitions and the pets gets put on sale again

Emmm well gm_k I will not pretend I did this for no money, but i also slightly did it so other people (cough biazzro, bnechbreaker) couldn't and so the pets would not be sold for 2000 or money minerals like the reapers, and i do want a profit but I'm not trying to make 2000 profit, i think 1000 or less is perfectly fine.

I don't like that idea. If I wanted 6 zealots or 10 reapers, I should be allowed to have them.

I don't have anyproblem with this, if you've got the money and are willing to take the risk of not making a profit, fine.

what i would want is to be able have the option to hide each pet if you don't want to show them

No auction I think there should be just a resell and put them back on the shop. And I agree with ssjfox. Having limited pets IS a stupid idea. No offence but I like my zealots.

Buy a drop pod, that'll hide 6 of your men ;D I don't know why you'd want to hide any of your pets, if people can't see them here they'll have a look at your items and find out that way.

also when the zergs come out i would still want to keep amarine and a reaper but i wouldn't want them to show up on my pet bar alongside the zergs and mess up the line up

Yes I think ALL of the items a member has should be auctioned off if they have been banned or not come here in a few months

Agreed. It would provide more customisation which is always good.

I think banned member's items should go back into the shop after a set period, perhaps with a small knockdown because they are "second hand" (just to make it interesting)? Minerals shouldn't go to other members who didn't do anything to get them.

When will it be possible to buy items owned by banned members? I don't care if they return to the shop or get auctioned off... just make them available for regular members, please.
