What race do you fear the most?

As far as storyline goes that would be zerg for me, then terran then protoss.
But I worry most about the hybrids coming out of knowhere while being unannounced by Blizzard for that ultimate surprise ;D

Overall gameplay wise I think there's something to be scared of in every race.

Story wise the zerg has to be the most feared race. Especially with Kerrigan in charge.....

I do not fear at all of the races it depend how is my status depending if i´m playing whit the terran an i get my base whiouthg defenses i fear the zerg because they out number my terran SCV and my terran marine. :(

Hm, zerg rush would be a good fear, except their dead or roasted if you research firebats fast enough
protoss rush? won't be that much of a fear since i'v never seen one done before
terran rush...nah, they can't rush that easily

The most i'm afraid of is that of a science vessel using irrate on my scvs or queens comming and spawning those critters, i won't know till when i click build unit and see aei? no minerals? thats ok! i'll wait a few minutes
click again and finds out theres still the same amount of cash or less still. and it'll be too late.

A single protoss carrier wrecking havoc my base when i'm out of my base leading an attack..the missle turrents are too dumb to target the carrier and go for the interceptors...lol =D and the classic nuke.. ouch

i think i fear aspects or strategies of certain races more that the races on the whole

I play Protoss mostly, and it stems from my inexperience on bnet

Protoss:
one thing I am deathly afraid of is archon/reaver drops. this means I have a lot of photon cannons around my nexus but then I tend to forget or neglect another area.

Zerg:
Guardian massing. My HT can't get in range if they are good or I don't have enough scouts, etc

Terran
Wraiths when I lose or forget to tech to observer. DAMN LASER BEAMS FROM THE SKY

On topic, for starcraft I dont fear any particular race as any of them are good in the hands of a good player. In starcraft 2, its impossible to say as the game is not done. In the story, the zerg because they have no individual thought.

We have to admit though that the Zerg is the easiest race to verse against.

In early game, a Protoss player are likely to be able to pump out zealots quicker than a Zerg player making zerglings (unless they are going for the 4 pool-ling rush)
it is even quicker for Terrans to make marines in early game since they can go straight for the barracks.
A Zerg player is slightly disadvantage in early game, since we have to wait for the larvae to come out.

In mid game, a Terran player has the siege tank and siege mode which is very powerful as ground offense and defense.
A Protoss player will have a substantial amount of ground troops by this time and probably even have the psionic storm.

In late game, well depends on which tech tree direction the player goes.

I fear a Protoss player in any game i play, and i am usually alot more cautious when i face them then a Terran or Zerg player. Maybe it's because so many damn people play Protoss it's hard to tell if they are good or not >:(.

I don't necessarily fear a race...I more or less get worried if they're an AIR player as opposed to a ground one. I tend to find dealing with an air force as opposed to a ground force somewhat more daunting as opposed the ground force...eh, maybe its just because im a Terran player and I'm used to siege tanks :) Imo, when it comes to air, Terrans have the greatest advantage out of the 3 races. If I had to pick ONE overall...I could probably say a Protoss player...there is nothing more annoying than a bunch of psionic storms knocking out a chunk of troops :-\

Personally, I fear terran the most. M&M's with bats can only be beat by higher tier units or rushes. Countering tank pushes usually requires a larger counter force than the attacking force (Terran defenders can halt the push, but to push back the counter force needs to be stronger) or a large air force (and even then mass guards, bc's with d-matrix or carriers + arbiters are often needed). Once air units and maybe ghosts (ie nukes) are added, that's a pretty scary force to invade or defend against.

Not only that, but comsat often means that they can build their force accordingly to counter yours. Z/P I only fear in the beginning of the game because of rushing, and even then I've held off a 4v1 rush before. (Getting rushed as terran alot has forced me to learn how to micro scvs)

Zerg. Gotta hate them. They don't win because of the quality of their units: they win over quantity. They spawn so many units (zerglings!) in such a short time, and they can win in the very early stages of the game should there be a skilled player controlling them.

As Zerg, i fear Protoss the most, at least in early game. Zealot rushes sucks golden blazers, particularly when their sheer shield+hp rapes .
As Protoss, i fear Terrans. Always. Lockdown sux. Nuff said.
As Terrans... well Protoss as well in early game.
