Question About the Space Junk Header

There are times that the new Space Junk header appearing in different parts of the forums other than space junk. I wanna ask if is that banner supposed to appear ONLY in space junk or can it appear anywhere?

P.S. I forgot to take a screenshot of the last time it occurred coz I sometimes don't notice the header at all. I'll try to get one if I get the chance.

Yes, It is the only header in space junk, but it CAN appear anywhere else too.

I've seen it on main page, but I thought that main page has randomly chosen header from all of the available

LOL. Well, I think it should only appear at the space junk section coz, well... that banner says so. Well, it isn't really a big problem but it's just for formality.

New guest going to to this site to register will see on main page that header and think - WTF? And, quit without registering, and go to google for finding sites with better design in his eyes.

Hehe its a good design by lichking and yes it should only be on space junk, it doesnt make sence having ' space junk ' when Your in a differnt sub forum!
