Notice the job offerings for the "Top Secret Project" (Icon next to job offerings on the right) they asked for a Lead 3D Character Artist - Next-Gen MMO, and a Lead 3D Environment Artist - Next-Gen MMO

Does this mean blizzards secret 3rd project a MMO?

ACK! down with WoW!! it's a stain on the MMO game line, now if u want to know of a GOOD MMO coming out, u should check out WARHAMMER ONLINE, from the makers of dark age of camelot, whether or not u agree, its the BEST MMO EVAR, until some of its "less" admirable expansions came out..... stupid EA >:(

Your talking about an MMO that is a community of people at a giant stadium filled with computers playing Starcraft 2. Thats best MMO I can think of. Cost 0.00$ a month.

I read in an interview that Frank Pierce mentioned Blizzard wanted to create a new IP, so there's a possibility it's not related to either WarCraft, StarCraft or Diablo at all.

It's obviously going to be a Warcraft related game...

They love Warcraft, just look at the neglect they've given to Starcraft and Diablo over the last 10 years. They hate those universes compared to WC3. They love to live in fantasy land. Not so big on the Sci-Fi.

theres only a very few options that blizzard has left when it comes to making games, ether there going to make diablo 3, it not being a MMO but just like diablo2 with new classes and skills, or a Galaxy of StarCraft type theam and i tell you why its only thies 2 options. Look at what there looking for in the job openings. Senior Char artist and animator??? if its Galaxy of StarCraft its ganna be like a first person shooter with light items and what not, and if its Diablo 3 there will be char but there will not be a massive fighting type system like in WoW where items don't show up on the ground and u have to use a single target system like in WoW. It would be like Diablo2 with a more open screen click action to target an enemy with made games with up to a certain amount of people.

It would be interesting if they did do a new game MMO. It would allow them to not be bound by a previous lore and would allow them to introduce new mechanics to one. A good deal of people would still be loyal to WOW and SC2, but a good deal would also be drawn into the new MMO allowing for a balancing of player numbers in both games.
