    As this is the holiday season I came up with an idea.

Everyone do one nice thing for another forum member this month and post the nice thing you did here!
That way we can all feel good about ourselves and make this forum a nice place to be! show some love for that dude who always helps you out. Trust me, a helping hand will liven the place up and spread cheer through the forum.

remember minerals are no object and you can stand to lose a few of them, if your rich (like imagine.) send some shop items the way of a friend, if you like making sigs (like Inside Sin) make one for someone, We all can help out in our own little way.

also if you want post your good deeds here!!!

Don't be the grinch of the forum! you can do it! Help out the cause!

Because nobody is posting yet I will make myself a nice little green bordertext thing that runs along the bottom and looks like a festive green line, Today I gave darktemplol a free marine because he wanted one and told him he needed to do something nice or the marine would kill him because I trained it so.I found this nice little Christmas Zerg pic and that made me come up with this idea + I set it up just like the banners they have on the front page so I had to mention how it was made for the front page, even changed the wording from my usual style to almost sound nice but its not really much of my personality so I'm not sure if i pulled it off.

I'll help the cause, I used to make sigs a fair bit, so I'll see if I still have it in me :P

I got an idea.

we could set up a pool of money and on christmas make the news item mention a christmas present and depending on how many people help out, how much it would be worth I'll assume 200 members log on at cristmas so with 5000 minerals you could give 25 minerals to everybody

all you would need to do is click to get the minerals :D

Hey all. MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! I just figured I'd give you all the ability to beet me if you ever get the time on circle tower defence. The secret to winning is you can focus fire on certain units to keep your count down by clicking on them... (I know not much of a gift but eh, it's something)

PS: if you do bother to go past score, don't go past by much so we can get minerals for beating each others highs... :P
PPS: Eon gets powered up for being eon's master... (that was bad)

I've learned (or rather should've) that if you don't tell anyone, you're just missing on a credit and may even get into trouble depending on situation.
Though this applies mostly for job and similar cases

I would say be happy their isnt becuase the more things you tie to power levels the more restrictions and shouold (and I hope would) be applied to giving them out. And one of the first things to be eliminated would be massive power up sprees lie whats happening which in effect nullify probably about 95% of the power ups in this thread because they have little to no value in meaning at all.

In short be happy its just a popularity contest.

Thats exactly my point Sin. In the name of a holiday is not a good reason for a power up (atleast in my book) and is barely within the current forum rules. Expecially the number has been given we are have already breached over 200 power ups given out if that isnt over kill I dont know what is.


Oh and Rex call me a grinch if you want, I have my own views on this topic. Also if you want a gift be content I havnt posted my full views on this topic.

Hi guys, from now on, could we stop giving powerups as gifts? The people who have exchanged it as such thus far seem to know that it isn't really the right thing to do, and as long as the lesson has been learned, I think I will let whatever exchanges that occurred before slide.

Please do not do it from now,. I don't think much damage has been done in the long run when it settles down again, but if we keep getting 200 powerups a day during this christmas season then yes, that would be very disruptive to the system.
