How good are you at Warcraft 3?

Hi there,

I just realized that I kinda suck at Warcraft 3 lately, after not playing it long time, I kinda lost my skills. I just keep losing at my favorite game type (2 V 2) and I just don't understand. Do you guys ever have this problem, or are you all RTS gods? ;)

I'm going to practice some more over the next few days, just PM me if you want to play, or maybe we can set up a clan together. Any thoughts?

It isn't that expensive in the stores anymore, maybe you should consider buying it (again?) sometime, I would like to play against a few guys from around here. :)

I wouldnt buy it if i was you. The game is very nice, good misions ok battle net , and ok balance. But the problem is the community. I hate to come on team with one that suicides or one that cant wirte english or one that realy cant play (dont build heroes and so on). And there is a problem with battle net. i just playd 5 games today, 2vs 2. 3 of the matches i had a lvl 1 on my team (im lvl 16), and thats sucky.

What race do you guys prefer? I mostly play as Undead, but the Night Elves are actually the best race to play with in my opinion. They are kinda imbalanced.

(And I HATE those guys who use a Blademaster with Wind Walk on my Acolytes in early game, that's one of the main downsides of playing with them. You just can't win. ;))

But I have another point of attention. (a little of topic, but hey, I made this one myself) There seems to be some hackers or something on battle.net today. I played with the same guys two times, he does nothing when we start, and after a while my computer restarts. :-\ Has this ever happened to any of you?

I am quite good, i mostly play for fun, i have been having some **** allies. I mean, i go night elf, my ally gets 3 footmen when i have 10 archers, i mean what the hell.

I was pretty good at lan able to beat my aunt and uncle, pretty decent 2person team, but i havn't played online... heh heh. my CD is scratched up, bad game cant even start normally, plus i never got the patches. I also havent played in a while so my skills may be a little rusty. Thinkin of getting a new CD, eventually. Ah well. Anyway fav race was humans Mtn king and paladin are godly. I love footmen and always had a few when i played for tower fodder mostly.

I thought you needed a keep before you could get defend? If so, how did you rush? that takes awhile....
Or do you just need a blacksmith?

Anyways, I voted quite good, I've started to play again and im doing pretty good as far as scores go, but seriously, what are you gonna do when the enemy has abominations and a lvl 5 death knight 6 minutes into the game?

Alasdiar you only need a barrack and 150 gold + 100 lumber. About the other thing, check out some guides and train, then you know how to counter
