yeah because the top 20 all get something and even if your not in the top 20 you get 500 minerals. Plus I dont think the top ten has been filled yet.

It may of been frustrating, but it was a challenge and that made it fun. Kinda like calculus homework. Being so hard and puzzling made it so fun.

i only joined the forums recently
and i dont understand the mineral hunt as this is my first one
can someone maybe explain it to me because it is pretty much iver isnt it

Bassicly u do a scavenger hunt over the forums following a set of clues that the admin lays out. Once completing one part of the hunt u move on to another clue where u must follow a riddle of some sort, or perhaps a quiz. Once done i think u pm scforums the secret password to claim ur prize! i dont know about the ending as i never finished it completely. Welcome to the forums!

The admin leaves a set of clues, and you have to follow them. Like a treasure hunt, where each clue leads you to find the next clue. When the final clue is answered, you are given the message that you have won and to PM the admin with a certain subject and message.

Pretty much, I just decided to word it differently so there would be any confusion between new members. Since I was able to complete it, I was able to see exactly what you needed to do to claim any possible prize.

Also, in the winning message that tells you what to say, you are given a voucher to use to claim the 500 mineral prize that was given to all who completed it.

I didn't manage to complete the Mineral Hunt... Got stuck on the question about Preator Fenix and his birth....

Here is a guide for the first 7:
1: On the Home site you try to become an affiliate... There will be a mineral next to the text
2: The competition is MOTM. Answer is: ninerman13
3:In the Forum rules a bit down on the site you find a mineral next to the text: Support of Arguments
4: Answer: 23
5: Go to the shop. Then you find where the lottery is, next to it there is a mineral node.
6: Search for secrets and you will find a story that will tell that the last chance they had but blew it was raynor.
7: The global mods can remove minerals... that's a shop item.. when you find the Item you have to click the dot.
Knowledge about the starcraft races: Zerg 1:3
Zerg 2: Consume
Zerg 3: 10
Zerg 4: larva
Protoss 1:khaydarin
Protoss 2: Scarab
Protoss 3: phase


Protoss 4: Praetor Fenix holds the key. Trace him back to his birth on these forums.
