[petition] Reduce Observer price

I don't understand why an Observer costs 4 times as much as a Zealot and is just as costly as a Stalker. I would've bought one already if it weren't for its price tag.

I thought that as well. It should be more like 1000 minerals, it would resemble the game more. I highly doubt the observer will cost the same as a stalker.
