how to post a edited picture to a pm? :powerup: to whoever answers my question correctly...i need to know quickly!!!!

Yousend the URL address for the picture within the [img] code like you do in regular posts. I haven't tried it, but that is what appears if you click the insert icon.

Bribing Powerups is not a good idea. Next time when you make other threads make the Subject title like How to post a Picture, or w/e. How to...... can be anything, How to send an item, How to blah blah.

Also Check other threads, and Starcraft 2 forum .org Frequently Asked Questions so you don't make a new thread eevery single time.

how will i get the URL code if the picture was edited?

Upload the edited picture from your computer to either www.photobucket.com or www.imageshack.com (you will need to make an account). I prefer photobucket.
