SO we don't post the news in the ''general starcraft2 discussion'' anymore?
The interface for "post news" is very confusing.

Wait I though the articles and news items were supposed to go through the mods to ensure quality.

I think this deserves a sticky or at the very least the banner template should be put somewher that doesn't require searching
