Okay, i am using three great programs which keep my computer smooth, my computer clean and bug free...

CCleaner.com
Step 1: Download CCleaner
You can find the direct download here (http://www.ccleaner.com/download). ( Its SAFE, and its free of spyware. )

Step 2: Run CCleaner
Run the setup.exe, then once you have it installed, run the program and start by Analyzing.

When done, you'll see this:

Step 3: Run Cleaner
This is where you remove the junk, this is necessary for you to close all other stuff for maximum progress.

Once that's completed, do the exact same steps but with the registry cleaner. ( REMEMBER TO SAVE A BACKUP OF THE REGISTRYS. )


Avast.com
Step 1: Download Avast Free Trial
Download the avast free trial from there website: http://www.avast.com/

Step 2: Install Avast Free Trial
Install it, it should be self-explainitory...

Step 3: Run a System Scan!
This will ensure you are completely VIRUS-Free. ;)


Safer-Networking.org
Step 1: Download SpyBot-S&D
Download from the official site: http://www.safer-networking.org/index2.html

Step 2: Install SpyBot-S&D
Install it, it should be self-explainitory...

Step 3: Run a SpyBot-S&D Scan!
Remove all your pesky Spyware that you never want to find. This is the only one i've had good success with, if you have a better one, please share.

I use CCleaner and Spybot-S&D too. They're great! And for antivirus I use NOD32. It's the best. :thumbup:

For me Virus Buster was the ideal choice, it can be adjusted very accurately, and I use the spybot too. That one always finds the bots

Well, there are loads of great Anti-Virus programs, i've seen avast being used a lot lately though. ;)
