Just visit the forum shop and look for the lottery ticket item. It costs 50 minerals per ticket.

You only win if you get all the numbers correct. One wrong number, and you get nothing :P

No, the lottery is fine as it is. The jackpot increases steadily unitl someone takes the huge sum, that's how lotteries work and should work. 4 numbers out of 10 is already generous enough.
