I can already assure everyone that no-one will ever be able to guess this, but after seeing furrer's thread about it, I thought 'What the hey, might be a bit of a laugh' so here we go. The first person to guess the origin of my name will receive 200 minerals from me.
The only member who is forbidden from guessing is marinefreak who's a real-life mate, who I might have told before, but if I have he's probably forgotten.
So, without further ado... Let the games begin!

Haha, I gathered. To be honest, I don't actually have the minerals on me at the moment because I didn't expect anyone to get it ever, so I can't pay you right away. Don't worry though, I too have an incredible memory, so I definitely won't forget. :P

So how come you're not such a big fan of your name? It's an awesome one for the abbreviation, Grand-Master Kyril to GM_k, but I still prefer genetically-modified kangaroo. :P
It could easily be worse. A friend of mine (I think it was marinefreak) knew/had heard of someone named Pragnus. Her parents couldn't decide between Priscilla and Agnus (two pretty awful names in my opinion), so decided to name her Pragnus.
