GIF making programs

sup guys, i have come to be jealous of your awesome sigs
even though my sig is epic enuf, i want to make my own
im thinking of making a new sig out of game footage, ya know, like ill record something from a game and edit it to make mah sig
i was wondering if you know some good decent GIF makers or just teach me how you make yours(animated ones, like lightmares)

FYI .. The B/W GIFs in your current sig were done in EZToon. I've attached EZToon for your animation pleasure.

If you know Photoshop I'd suggest you use Adobe's Image Ready. You can set everything up in Photoshop, and port it to ImageReady and turn it into an animated GIF in seconds.

My sig > all.... its HANDMADE :P

btw: I suggest you use some movie making program, convert the clip into gif, and then use flash or something to make sig out of it. But there is an issue with the quality :/

I make gif's with Abobe Photoshop and Image Ready. Or only in photoshop.
