Logically speaking, the next Countdown should have been from 9,000 to 0. The first one was from 1,000 to 0, the second was 5,000 to 0, so following that pattern, this should be 9,000.
Also, giving a power up for getting your birthday/date isn't a good idea. Power ups are given for contributing to the forum, not for flukishly getting a certain number in a Countdown thread.
Also, it's kinda pointless for every last person to post a number. It stuffs up so often, so people aren't even reporting the number they're up to.
Anyway, just putting that out there. I'll post the number anyway... 9977.

Sending minerals is much more understandable than a power up. Power ups are supposed to reflect how respected you are as a member. Mineral rewards can be given for anything.
