Some guy in www.gamevn.com(It's all Vietnamese :P ) said Blizzard sended email to all of their "customer" and said they going to close because money and dev team,what a ridiculous information
And they(guy in forum) even said gamespot confirm that information ( lame) and youtube has a video about that (lamer)
