Is it me or does the forum have banners randomly displayed?
I do hope so..
i remember suggesting this like 1 month ago... and I really enjoy it now.

no. they are for different sections. like starcraft2.com site.

no no no the banners arent random ... well not completely they switch out some but i think there are just different banners for each section
