I can't stand Wii Play. I bought it for the Wiimote, figuring that, for $10 ($50-$40 remote), any game would be worth it. Nope. Somehow Nintendo went out of their way to make an incredibly awkward game. I mean, Wii Sports was thrown together in literally weeks, and it is so much better. You'd think that if they were going to sell it as a major game, they'd at least put some(really, just some) depth into it....

I love playing the Wii, and I'm glad I bought it, but don't you think it's too hyped up? Yeah, sure, the commercials make it look nice, but it's not like you're always going to be smiling and looking like a fool when you play it. Wii Play is a game I don't have for it, but at least I have the rechargeable Nyko batteries in my Wiimotes.

The Wii is very interactive but it does feel like a beta console, the games for the Wii coming out soon like Metroid Prime 3: Corruption is going to be so fun and good

i pretty much bought wii play for the controller, and then a crappy game on the side. wii play might suck, but it was a good deal. and billiards and tanks isnt too bad.

I pre-ordered Metroid Prime 3, but I cancelled it yesterday because I want to save my money for an HDTV for my room. I pre-ordered it at Gamestop, and I always hate cancelling a pre-order there because the clerks get pushy and start being totally rude. Anyway, I saved money by doing that, because you got to put down a $10 deposit which they won't give back unless you cancel. $10 is an outrageous fee for "bookkeeping". They don't even need to pay anybody to book keep, because it's all digital. Am I right? Yes, I am.

I know the feeling.
I'm glad I didn't buy a Wii.. I pretty much hate all the games.. What I prefered was creating weird Miis
Wii Play is nothing more than some poorly made flash games.. I would rather visit newgrounds.

^What are you talking about!? There have been plenty of good first party games released for the Wii. Zelda: Twilight Princess, Metroid Prime 3, Paper Mario, Mario Strikers Charged, etc. I bet you are just waiting for Super Smash Bros. Brawl to be released. Well, I am sure you guys will be happy to know that Nintendo announced online play for SSBB the day I posted this. By the way, Wii Play is only a training game, really. When you think about it, all you are doing is training yourself to use the Wiimote better.
