Believe me, you get good at hiding these things fast: have alternate tabs open with a site on there that u can switch too, use the tools to remove your entire history (tell her its to prevent viruses that can load with cookies), access porn via google image search <--CAUTION! what you may see could damage you for life O.o (i have yet to find an internet blocker that blocks this), if your comp is in the middle of the house (where everyone can see you) you can make the windows smaller which makes it harder to see without coming close up, if the room is sectioned off or if its in your room put something in the way that will make a racket. These are just a couple tips i've learned :P
