I hope so, Ych9. Although the validity of the claim MIGHT depend on when that link would have led you back to Blizzard in the first place. Is this a recent development? Cuz what I'm thinking is that maybe Blizzard just created that site address for if and when it ever would come back or be used. I dunno, just a guess. I would personally love to see Ghost come out :)

in the interviews they said the starcraft ghost production hasnt been canceled, but just waiting for the right time.

and of course you gotta book the website that will be based on a serious game-production plan before it begins lol. imagine the value the domain could auction for if it didnt hehehe

I wouldn't be surprised if Blizzard isn't going to announce it or in fact, working on it. But from the recent history of Blizzard making starcraft2.com and now this website linking back to its official website, I smell something fishy going on at the works of Blizzard.

I'm not sure if this was just recently or it has been for awhile red_dragoon.

Nevertheless, it is still pure speculations and what I speculated could all be wrong. But still, I still think its very fishy if the website links back to Blizzard's official website knowing that Blizzard did the exact same thing before the announcement of Starcraft 2.

I am hoping that indeed ghost will be somehow revived but not in the state we saw it in before as its graphics now would just be far to primative for THIS console generation so maybe a revamped version?
I have no idea but i can't seem to figure out a way that blizzard could have put in a revamped ghost with there curret time scale as it would mean working on WoW, SC2, and SCG at the same time which i havn't heard of happening to blizzard so i have no idea.

EDIT: Then again the ghost was not destroyed after its cancling beacause the game possibly had already gotten very far in development so all they would need to do is to make a new game engine (or modify the old one) and add the contents of ghost on there so again i have no idea.

The production of SC:Ghost has been put on hold since work on SC2 began. This was mentioned in detail at the roudtable interview in May. SC2:Ghost will either get cancelled completely, or they might pick it up in the very far future again.
