You need a factory and a SCV to build a Thor. Oh momma i want a whole legion of Thors. This may be addressed elsewhere, but the transformable mecha, the Viking, in air mode can it shoot at ground targets and in ground mode can it shoot at air targets?

no, GTG and ATA only.

well actualy, it can only shoot air while flying but will walking it can shoot ground and air, its just less powerfull to air wile on the ground.
