I like creamy style Italian pastas and Japanese food. The occasional Chinese and other Asian styles as well as good ole Aussie meat pies!

With the specifics I'd have these:

Japanese: Sushi, Beef Tatakai and Gyu Don. Oh and you can't go past a good Ramen!
Chinese: Crispy Skin Chicken, Peking Duck and Fried Rice.
Italian: Any sort of Carbonara pasta (minus Gnocci (the potato based pasta)).

Oh I'm also a fan of Kangaroo meat (whenever I get the chance to eat some, I will!) :)

Oh you don't like Japanese food? And it's not all raw fish, you can always get Sushi rolls that have cooked chicken, duck and even fish in it. There's plenty more to Japanese food than raw fish. It's good stuff.

Prolly homemade salsa and vegie chips! Heres the recipe for the salsa.
6 Tomatoes Diced
1 Large Jalepeno Chopped (discard seeds unless u want it hot)
1/2 Medium White Onion Diced
2 Cloves of Garlic, Peeled and Minced
1/3 Cup Chopped Cilantro
Squeeze 2 limes.
1 Tablespoon xtra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Discard tomato pulp
Dice the tomatoes
Add in all but squeezed limes
Let sit 15 minutes then add squeezed limes
Enjoy within 2 hours or it starts to go soggy.

I've had Balut eggs, it's not necessarily indigenous from the Philippines (though that name is from there) basically it's either Chicken or Duck eggs, that have been semi grown (what I'm trying to say is that they incubate it, till it's sorta like a half grown chicken or duck inside, then was it hard? Well either that or soft boiled... basically a half grown bird in an egg that's been boiled) :) :thumbup:

so hard to say so many good ethnic foods japanese(sushi yummy) , middle eastern (i love shawmrama and falafel) , indian ( so many good curries my fav is lamb) , mexican all of it , pizza is the ultimate food you guys have to try the new york ones the oven brick ones that they dont sell by the slice man im getting hungry....
.....however my all time favorite food is HOT WINGS nothing like getting messy eating tons of hot succulent wing with blue cheese dressing especially on a lazy day with friends watching a game or playing poker. I think i have actually eaten the hottest wing ever , i had to sign a waiver saying i wont sue is if die or something happen to me .i also tried planet wings suicide flavor i ate ten of those my stomach hasn't been the same since then ;D good times......
