    Thats because it isn't a guide to learning HTML. Its a list of tags and their functions.

    BoP, its a guide in a way that it helps you.

    Yeah, HTML Not allowed is standard. :)

    Gets rid of pesky idiots using rude/inappropriate HTML.

    I actually prefer BBcode, it's not as powerful, but it's a lot more sensible.
