Hey, it's been a while since I was on this forum and looking at other forums there seems to be a lot of people who don't like Fungal Growth.

I was thinking I always liked the Hydralisk in the original and they got better in SC2 but they still suck.

I was wondering if anyone else would agree with these changes:

    • The Hydra becomes just biological (so no more "super-effective" hellions.
    • Remove Fungal Growth & Swarm Host (I've heard people don't like those either)
    • Bring back the lurker

With these changes the hydra would end up being another Teir 1.5 (like the roach) and lurkers would be an upgrade at lair. This would make Lurkers the new AoE to kill Marine/tank pushes or Protoss death balls. And they could be used like the new Widow Mines to make your opponent require an Observer or Storm you lurkers.

This would bring back some of the feel from Brood War.

What do you think? Do you think this would be too "nostalgic" or give a feel of "hanging onto the past"?
