Hey im new to these forums but not new to SC i opened my ports about a year ago and have been able to host since, randomly i can't i checked my router and the ports are open and so is the firewall. my house did have a power outage a few days ago and maybe that has something to do with it? anyone have solutions ?
I randomly could not join others games, and always lagged them out when I could join. The problem was the ISP supplied router. I then fitted a netgear and all problems went away. If you have 6112 open then as far as I know, your router is not doing its job properly. Try someone else's trusty router and see if that works.
