Raise your hand if you still check this.

We actually get several people who come here regularly, and I am optimistic about activity in the future. I might even start working on a SC2 map again here in the near future.

I don't even have a game idea yet. You got any?

How about the principle of DotA (large armies spawning at camps and running at each other while you control a dude), but focusing on stealth and subtly disrupting the balance rather than levelling a powerful hero and charging into combat?

That sounds incredibly mundane without frequent bursts of activity.

And that is why I don't design RPG maps :p

I have this old file called Hellion Arena that was WASD (q and e strafed I think) controls for a hellion that you drove around a tight arena. If you kept an opponent in your forward sights long enough to lock on, you could hit spacebar to fire a seeker missile at them. There were powerups you could collect to become invincible, go invisible, and some other things... There was one where when you picked it up, you turned in to a siege tank who's weapon was a line of artillery shots in front of it. Once you fired the tank, you turned back in to your hellion.

Ooh, that sounds pretty cool. How many shots could a hellion take?

There was a very fast regen rate, but the total damage from two shots was enough to kill a hellion. I never finished it; only one player could play against a neutral hellion that only moved when you hit it as it tried to run away.
