    It's the section mod icon.

    The globals have 5 dimonds despite not all being heroes so I think it is just a fixed number

    Win competitions and post constructive post and you will be awarded by a worker probe (+ 0.5% interest rate increase), worker drone (+ 0.3% interest rate increase) or a SCV (+ 0.1% interest rate increase).

    The Global mods (not me) and admin (SC2Forums) give them out for good posters but it doesn't lookk lie many people have them. Also they are being set as first place prizes for the unit design and writing contests
